Service Description

Klarna Financing is an advertising-supported matching service that connects borrowers with third-party lenders. We do not originate, fund, or service loans. We make no lending decisions. All credit decisions are made by individual lenders in our network based on their own criteria.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your loan matching request. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate termination of your access to our service and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting a matching request through Klarna Financing does not guarantee loan approval. Approval decisions are made solely by lenders based on their underwriting criteria. We make no representations about your likelihood of approval or the terms you may receive.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Klarna Financing website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Klarna Financing or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klarna Financing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or any loan obtained through our matching process.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
